Welcome to Forever Pages. By accessing or using our website at foreverpages.app and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Forever Pages provides custom-designed webpage gifts for personal occasions including birthdays, weddings, proposals, anniversaries, graduations, memorials, and other celebrations. Each webpage is handcrafted based on content and direction provided by the customer.

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time payments.
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase through Stripe.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the date we receive all required content (photos, music choices, messages). Delivery timelines may vary based on project complexity and the timeliness of content submission. We will communicate any expected delays.

4. Revisions

• Essential Package: 3 revisions included
• Signature Package: 5 revisions included
• Grand Package: 10 revisions included

A revision is defined as a set of changes requested in a single communication. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

5. Hosting

• Essential and Signature packages include 12 months of hosting.
• Grand packages include 24 months of hosting.
• After the hosting period, you may renew at a small annual fee to keep your page live.
• We will notify you before your hosting period expires.

6. Content Ownership and License

• You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and messages you provide.
• By submitting content, you grant Forever Pages a limited license to use it solely for creating your webpage.
• The design, code, and creative elements of your Forever Page are owned by Forever Pages. You receive a license to display and share your page during the hosting period.
• We may use anonymized screenshots or descriptions of completed projects in our portfolio with your permission.

7. Acceptable Content

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Obscene, hateful, or promoting violence
• Containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Misrepresenting your identity or relationship to the content

We reserve the right to decline or remove any project that violates these guidelines.

8. Refund Policy

• Before work begins: Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase if we have not yet started design work.
• After work begins: We will work with you to ensure satisfaction through the included revision process. If we are unable to deliver a satisfactory product, we will offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
• After delivery: No refunds are available after the final page has been approved and delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Forever Pages provides webpage gifts on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to hosted pages. Scheduled maintenance, hosting provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
